Pending Operations

The Pending tab collects multisig operations waiting for signatures and proxy announcements in their timelock period across all accounts.

Turn the Pending tab on or off

The Pending tab in the navigation bar is optional. Toggle it in Settings > Appearance. It also appears automatically when there are pending items, and shows a badge with the total count.

Recognize the two item types

Two types of items:

  • Multisig operations - transactions initiated by one signatory that need more approvals to reach the threshold
  • Proxy announcements - delayed proxy operations that have been announced and are waiting for the timelock period to pass before they can be executed

Browse items grouped by owner

Items are grouped by the "owner" account. The wallet figures out which account in your wallet owns or can act on each pending item, considering delegate relationships and multisig membership.

Group types include: Multisig, Pure Proxy, Multisig Pure Proxy, Proxy, and Account.

Each group is a collapsible section with the account name (or truncated address) and item count. Tap the section header to navigate to that account's detail screen.

Refresh pending data

On opening the tab, the wallet refreshes announcements for all accounts in parallel (up to 3 at a time), then fetches the latest wallet state. Each multisig group can also be manually refreshed.

Approve, execute, cancel, or view results

For multisig operations: approve (add your signature) or view details.

For announcements: execute (if the timelock has passed) or cancel. Cancel modes differ - direct cancellation for simple proxies, multisig-routed cancellation for multisig-controlled proxies.

Completed operations show a result overlay with a transaction hash link to the block explorer.

Land on the empty state

When there are no pending items, the tab shows "No pending items" with a button to go to the wallet home.
