Reporting a Bug
Please send bug reports to privacy@latent.to.
When filing a bug report, include:
- Extension version (Settings > About)
- Browser name and version
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Expected vs actual behavior
- Console errors (if applicable)
Never share your seed phrase, private keys, or wallet backup files in a bug report.

For security vulnerabilities, do not report them through public channels. See our Security Policy for responsible disclosure instructions.
FAQ
Q: I forgot my password. Can you recover it? A: No. TaoApp Wallet is non-custodial - we do not have access to your password or keys. If you have your seed phrase, you can reset the wallet and re-import your accounts.
Q: Can I use TaoApp Wallet on Firefox? A: TaoApp Wallet currently supports Chromium-based browsers only (Chrome, Brave, Edge).
Q: Where is my data stored? A: All data is stored locally in your browser. Price lookups use the CoinGecko API - see our Privacy Policy for details.
