Network Settings

Configure which RPC endpoint the wallet connects to.

Pick a Finney preset

Four built-in endpoints for the Bittensor Finney network:

• Latent
• Archive (Latent)
• OTF
• Archive (OTF)

Pick a developer preset

These appear in a separate section:

• Testnet - requires developer mode to be active
• Custom - enter any WebSocket RPC URL

Enter a custom RPC URL

Available only when developer mode is on. Enter the full WebSocket URL (for example, ws://localhost:9944 or wss://custom-node.example.com).

Warnings appear for:

• Custom RPC endpoints (not verified by the wallet team)
• Unencrypted ws:// connections (only wss:// is secure over the internet)

Save and reconnect

Tap "Save" to apply the new endpoint. The wallet switches to the home screen and reconnects.
